History of the Company

Lights Direct was founded in 2011 as one of Australia’s pioneering online lighting retailers. We operate alongside our long‑standing retail store, which has proudly served customers for more than 22 years. With over 25 years of industry experience, our Lights Plus team brings extensive training and genuine expertise to help customers find the perfect lighting solutions.

We always do our best to ensure we have all products in stock, however in the case we have sold out we will promptly contact the customer to inform them of any transit delays. Should we need to order any goods from our suppliers this may add up to 4-6 days transit time.
